The program includes:
1 days of intro and preparation for ceremoni.
1 optional out-sitting from dusk to dawn (vision quest).
1 day with plantmedicine ceremony (San Pedro or Rapè). Plant medicine is optional!
1 days integration of medicine / integration of meditations.
Daily sauna and meditations and sweat lodge.
Daily optional Rapè.
The final schedule may vary and will be presented at Sjövik.
